VoxelHost is an early-stage project building Minecraft server hosting. Our website is voxelhost.in. For anything related to privacy you can reach us at hello@voxelhost.in. This mailbox is being set up alongside the platform, so replies may take time.

Email address. If you join the early-access list, we store the email address you enter along with the form it came from and the date of submission.

Messages you send us. If you contact us, we keep the content of that message and your contact details so we can reply.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in order to serve the site securely. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.

We use your email address only to send early-access updates, launch announcements and product news about VoxelHost. We use messages you send to respond to your question or collaboration request. We use technical data to keep the site available and to protect it from abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

Where such rules apply to you, we rely on your consent when you submit your email to the early-access list, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website for basic technical data.

We use third-party providers for website hosting, database storage and email delivery. These providers process data on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service. We will update this policy as our infrastructure choices are finalised.

We keep early-access emails until launch communications are complete or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Support and collaboration messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent for early-access emails at any time. Send your request to hello@voxelhost.in and we will act on it within a reasonable period.

The VoxelHost website is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

As VoxelHost moves from development to launch, this policy will change. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever we revise it, and we will notify early-access subscribers about significant changes.
